Every 250 points you gain can be redeemed for a $5.00 store credit for other purchases!
$1.00 = 1 point, but keep your eye out for unique double-point offerings to reap the rewards of your pets’ visits with us!
Redemption of your points is easy! Ask if you can use your points towards your invoice at checkout!
Point redemption cannot be cashed out (no cash value) and can only be given as store credit toward a future purchase.
Points and store credits from points are non-transferable.
Points are gained when an invoice is paid and, therefore, cannot be used towards the purchase they are received.
You can check your points on your online account at any time.
Points stay on your account for 365 days.
