About the Role:
As a Boarding Attendant, you will provide attentive care, supervision, and enrichment to our guests—primarily dogs and cats—in a professional and fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for all pets and staff.

What to Expect:

  • Physical Workload: Throughout your shift, you’ll be standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Cleaning Duties: Expect frequent cleaning of rooms, outdoor play areas, and common spaces. This includes handling pet waste.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic care (feeding, grooming, bathroom breaks) and enrichment activities for pets.
  • Monitor animal behavior to ensure safety, intervening appropriately when needed.
