BOARDING ATTENDANT

Part-Time or Full-Time

Starting Pay: $10.80/hour + tips (average of $1-2/hour additional)

Shift Hours: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm,
4:00 pm – 9:00 pm, or 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Boarding Attendants take care of our visiting canine and feline guests! We make sure the pets in our care feel as loved and stress-free as possible while they are away from home by giving them plenty of play, time outside, and snuggles. Boarding Attendants are in charge of all aspects of a guest’s care including feeding, bathroom breaks, housekeeping, and providing the many services each individual may ask for!

 The perfect person for the Boarding Attendant position is someone who loves all animals and has the desire to make sure they are comfortable, healthy, and happy. Organizational and observational skills are important and Boarding Attendants stay active and busy all shift, making the day fly by!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Being familiar with each guest’s personality, allergies, and medical conditions.
  • Maintaining indoor and outdoor cleanliness.
  • Watching dog body language to ensure all guests are comfortable and safe. 
  • Active engagement with individual guests.
  • Being able to accurately and descriptively depict what activities a pet participated in as well as their likes, dislikes, friends, etc. in written form.
  • Take plenty of pictures for pet parents.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of services offered and carry out those services as needed (snacks, birthday parties, extra play, etc.)
  • Immediately addressing issues that may compromise the health, safety, and welfare of our guests.
  • Accurately feeding guests any meals required.
  • Moving dogs from one area to another for bathroom breaks or as needed for additional services.
  • Helping other members of the team as needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

DAYCARE ATTENDANT

Part-Time or Full-Time

Starting Pay: $10.80/hour + tips (average of $1-2/hour additional)

Shift Hours: M-F: 6:00 am – 11:00 am,
11:00 am – 4:00 pm,
or 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

 Sat/Sun: 9:00 am – 1:30 pm or
1:30 pm – 5:30 pm


Dog Daycare Attendants will take care of our visiting canine guests in a group play setting. Their main responsibility is to keep the group calm, safe, and fun. Our Daycare Attendants are not only in charge of managing about 15 dogs at once, they provide documentation of activities for our customers through photos and notes in their daily report cards.

The perfect fit for our Daycare Attendant position would be someone that is a natural leader, has good instincts, and has great observational skills.

OVERNIGHT ATTENDANT

Part-Time or Full-Time

Starting Pay: $10.80/hour + tips (average of $1-2/hour additional)

Shift Hours: 9:00 pm – 6:00 am

Overnight Attendants are the main caretakers of our guests and building after-hours. This position is for someone reliable, likes working independently, and is self-motivated. Our Overnight Attendants have a passion for the cleanliness, health, and safety of our guests, and keep security in mind throughout the evening.

Our Receptionists are the guest’s first point of contact and are extremely important to the success of the business and guest experience. Receptionists greet all customers, help with the placement and organization of our guest’s stay, and are the backbone of ensuring everything runs smoothly during a pet’s visit.

 

Reception is a busy position that is perfect for an organized person that enjoys talking to people with excited energy and contagious positivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome and greet all guests in person or over the phone.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of services and policies/procedures.

  • Receive telephone, email, and in-person reservations, questions, concerns, and requests.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure they had a great experience.

  • Suggest goods and services that will enhance the customer and pet experience.

  • Operate point of sales devices and handle cash.

  • Ensure pets checking in have current vaccination records.

Shift Hours: Varies

The Groom Tech is responsible for taking care of animals in the grooming salon, providing hair trims, baths, hair coloring, and other services as requested within the grooming scope of work with the supervision of a certified groomer. They work with customers to address areas of concern while educating them as needed.

The perfect person for Groom Tech is someone who likes working with dogs and helping them live their best life. They are interested in learning and may want to become a full groomer. They want to make sure that the dog is well taken care of when it comes to their health. They are passionate about the animals in their care and are customer service-focused

They work with customers to determine type of haircut, areas of concern, and address concerns with customers while educating them as needed.
