Pinnacle Pets is a family owned and operated luxury pet resort. We provide exceptional indoor and outdoor play yards featuring K-9 grass® to cushion joints and paws. Play yards include air conditioned/shaded areas, wading pools, doggie playground equipment, optional splash pad playtime for water lovers, constant human supervision, and real-time video via web access . Our overnight accommodations offer a choice of cozy dorm rooms, luxury suites or group sleep-overs with human companionship. Additional pampering and spa indulgences are available in our full-service grooming salon.

Pinnacle Pets Play & Stay was founded with a simple but powerful vision: to provide the highest standard of pet care in an environment that feels like home. From the beginning, we’ve prioritized luxury, safety, and personalized service for every pet guest. Located in Grove City, Ohio, our state-of-the-art facility was thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of every dog—from the playful to the particular. We offer 24/7 care, advanced air quality systems, enrichment-based activities, and a team trained in CPR, first aid, and fear-free handling.

Over the years, we’ve grown from a small team of passionate animal lovers to a full-service pet care destination offering boarding, daycare, grooming and training, and more. Our commitment to transparency and communication sets us apart—clients receive daily updates, recommendations, and full visibility into their pet’s experience. As our community of pet parents has grown, so has our list of services, including customized enrichment add-ons, private buddy play, and exclusive luxury suites. Meet the Pack

Steve

Steve’s’s background is in public safety. After 31 years with the Grove City Police, he retired as Chief. The health, welfare and safety of your pet is his number one concern; providing your pet with the highest quality of care.

Marie

Marie has worked as an RN in emergency care. She is passionate about providing a safe, loving and fun environment to pet parents and their fur babies; along with advocating for and assisting homeless pets in central Ohio.

Alex

Alex has been with the business since the start in 2016 in various leadership roles. She has a passion for pet care, customer service, and business. She will always be available and ready to help all pets and humans in any way possible.

Sarah

Sarah has been with Pinnacle Pets almost since the day we opened. She understands all the aspects of our work and now helps others grow and be successful in the pet care realm.

Damon

Damon’s love for animals goes back to as far as he can remember! He knows how pets are a huge part of the family, and will always do his best to go above and beyond to make sure they are safe and well cared for during their vacation getaway!

Kelsie

Kelsie has over three years of dedicated experience and a lifetime passion for fuzzy pals. She adores working with diverse breeds and personalities and enjoys learning each individual’s quirks. Her goal is to provide a safe and loving environment for all animals in our care.

BJ

BJ joined Pinnacle Pets shortly after opening and has been a cornerstone of our dog daycare department every since. He has an unwavering love of animals and passion for learning and teaching new things to both animals and humans alike.

Chloe

Chloe has been a part of our team for years, starting in daycare and boarding and learning a variety of roles, including reception. She is currently our Boarding Lead, ensuring our boarding experience is the best possible for each pet.

Jessica

Jessica has been training dogs professionally since 2016. As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), she specializes in using modern, science-based training methods to achieve results in both obedience and behavior modification.

Bri

Bri started her career with us as a Daycare and Boarding attendant, even spending time in our Boarding Lead position before deciding her true passion was Grooming. Bri is certified in grooming and offers safe, compassionate, and loving full-service spa days.

Emily

Emily has been a member of the team for over five years and understands all the positions of pet care and management. Her passion for pets has lead her to the grooming field where she enjoys combining knowledge and passion into positive and safe grooming experiences.

Alyx

Alyx is one of our amazing pet stylists with many years of experience! She joined our team over a year ago and has helped many pets through their skin and coat care. Her passion also helps educate others on best pet care practices.

Spencer

Spencer joined our team in 2024 already with years of experience in spa services. Spencer excels in caring for nervous guests at their own pace and providing outstanding results for every bath and haircut.
